This year's RSVP for Divisionals, Championships, and Classics is now OPEN through Swimtopia.

*The Purple Division Meet is Friday, June 28th for 11&ups (4pm start time) and Saturday, June 29th for 10&unders (9:30am start time).

All swim team members are eligible to participate in Divisionals as long as he/she has swam in 2 regular season dual meets. *If you have NOT swum in 2 dual meets yet, you will not be able to RSVP yet. You will have to wait until you have competed in two to RSVP for Divisionals.

Championships on Saturday, July 13th and Classics on Sunday, July 14th. At this point, you are simply marking whether your swimmer is available for these meets. For C&C, swimmers must qualify in the top 40 of each event across all of the Divisionals (see more details below). You MUST participate in the Purple Division Meet to be considered for Champs & Classics.

INSTRUCTIONS: For the Purple Division Meet, Championships, & Classics, you must RVSP for each separately.

Please go to the following website and for the THREE Meets indicate whether or not your swimmer is participating.

1. Click the green Meet Entry button

2. Click the EDIT button in the bottom left of the screen.

3. Please indicate if your swimmer will be attending or not attending. There should also be a "Notes to Coach" box if you have a specific request/ comment for DIVISIONALS ONLY. You will not see this for C & C.

3. Toggle to "Available for this meet" or "Not Available for this meet"

The deadline is 11:59pm next Wednesday June 12th. We will run a report for each family. Amanda O'Sullivan will send reports to the team via email in order for parents to verify whether all is correct or not. (The scratch fees for not participating once a swimmer has committed to attending is high.) All verifications must be complete and verified by June 18th. Parents will be responsible for reading all emails and responding accordingly.

For a review... or for new families...

6 Divisional Meets occur across Greenville on the same days. Results are merged from all 6 Divisions. Then the top 40 in each event will make Championships or Classics. The top 16 make Classics in an event, and the next 24 make Championships.

The coaches will carefully review the SAIL rankings within the county and within our division in order to do what is best for each individual and for the team when entering swimmers for the Purple Division Meet.

Again, PLEASE RSVP for all 3 meets separately by next Wednesday, June 12th at 11:59PM. (*If you have NOT participated in 2 dual meets by then, you will need to complete the Champs & Classics RSVP and just notify Amanda about your Divisionals plans since you cannot RSVP for that 1 meet.)
