Here is the schedule for this week and next week...

Monday 7/1: Morning Practice 11&up 8:45am-9:45am; 10&under 9:45am-10:30am;

Afternoon practices: 4:15pm-5pm for 10 & under; 5pm-5:45pm for 11&up

Tuesday 7/2: Morning Practices: 8:45am-9:45am for 11&up; 9:45am-10:30am for 10&under; Afternoon practices: 4:15pm-5pm for 10& under; 5pm-5:45pm for 11&up

*Root Beer / Coke Floats after both practice groups! Yummy!

Wednesday 7/3: Morning practices: 8:45am-9:45am for 11&up; 9:45-10:30am for 10&under

NO afternoon practice on Wednesday & NO PRACTICE Thursday or Friday! Happy 4th of July!

Monday 7/8: Morning Practice 11&up 8:45am-9:45am; 10&under 9:45am-10:30am;

Afternoon practices: 4:15pm-5pm for 10 & under; 5pm-5:45pm for 11&up

Practice at Greenville County Aquatic Center 7:30-8pm -- Lanes 1-6

Social at Culver's on Laurens Rd right after Westside practice.

Thursday 7/11: Morning practices: 8:45am-9:45am for 11&up; 9:45-10:30am for 10&under;

No afternoon practice; Swim Team Banquet 6pm at the Pelham Road Baptist Church gym

Friday 7/12: Morning practice: 8:45am-9:45am for 11&up; 9:45am-10:30am for 10&under

Lunch @ CiCi's Pizza on Haywood Rd. @ 11:30am... Meet in the DT parking lot to caravan or if you need a ride at 11:20am. (Swimmers are FREE... DT Team pays for them!)

Right after lunch --> we have the Pelham Rd Elementary rock reserved for our swimmers to paint!

No afternoon practice -- REST!

*Attached to this email are the psyche sheets for the 3 meets. Please remember that Championships are #1-24; #25-#30 are the alternates. We will be notified of any "announced" scratches by Wednesday... but then the other alternates may/ may not occur the day of.

**If you need to scratch, please notify me before Wednesday at 9am for a $50 fee. After that time, a scratch next weekend is $75 per event.

***Also, attached is the Meet Information - includes LOTS of good information. Please check attachments.

Saturday (Championships): 10&under warmups 8:15-8:30am (lane 8); 10&under meet start time: 9am; Approximate finish 11:30am

11&up warmups: 1:45-2:00pm (lanes 7 & 8); 11&up meet start time: 2:30pm; Approximate finish: 5:30pm

Sunday (Classics): Warmups 12:15-12:30pm (lanes 7 & 8); Start of meet: 1:30pm; Approximate finish: 5:30pm

*Dinner after Classics at Fuddruckers (Woodruff Rd) to receive medals *5:30pm-7pm...  Feel free to arrive and eat whenever. As soon as the coaches get there from GCAC, we will distribute medals!

Wes Plyler will be sending out one last email to fill our volunteer spots. SAIL has already sent the grid with spots we have to fill... so keep in mind that based on our # of swimmers, we are given a comparable # of positions.
