Monday 7/1: Morning Practice 11&up 8:45am-9:45am; 10&under 9:45am-10:30am;

Afternoon practices: 4:15pm-5pm for 10 & under; 5pm-5:45pm for 11&up

• Swim-a-Thon is coming Friday morning! Please collect pledges today and tomorrow!
• Friday: Kona Ice Truck is coming as a reward for Swim-a-Thon and for our ribbons/ SOW snack! We will do ribbons approximately 10:45-11am.
